At its heart is a simple idea.

When we write, we listen to ourselves more deeply; more kindly.
By doing so, we find a way heal and reconnect with ourselves.

I'm Fi Humphries MSc and I am a Creative Writing Therapeutic Practitioner. I founded The Wellness Writing Room as a safe space to use creative writing as a tool for reflection and renewal. 

I don't teach you how to be a writer. Rather, I encourage your pen to move across the page, inviting your stories to unfold without judgment. 

Through creative writing, I help you discover that you don’t need to be a “writer” to experience the well-being benefits of creative expression.
