Therapeutic Creative Writing for Individuals
As your creative writing therapeutic facilitator, I offer group workshops, retreats and one-to-one sessions that are either online or face-to-face. As you work with me, you will discover that the act of writing can become a portable self-care toolkit.
All you need is something to write with, be it pen and paper, or a laptop.

One-to-One Sessions
Using an approach I developed during my MSc, founded on Richard Schwartz's Internal Family Systems, I will support you to write dialogues with different parts of your inner landscape. Through these dialogues, I will help you to find your true Self and befriend your parts. In turn, your confidence will increase, alongside trust in yourself.

Group Workshops
My workshops range from a short Weekend Reset to longer programmes across several weeks. In my workshops, I hold space for the group to build trust, respect, encourage listening and discussion without judgment. There is no pressure to share your writing, although over time, you are likely to realise the benefits of reading your words to others.

Retreats
If you are looking for a deeper dive into therapeutic creative writing, I run retreats where you are invited to immerse yourself in self-exploration. You are likely to meet an eclectic group who share curiosity in developing their self-care toolkit through creative writing. You will make friends, as well as new, meaningful connections and hear extraordinary stories.
