Weekend Reset:  Writing for Well-Being workshop

If you’re longing for a moment of calm after a tricky week or you're preparing for the start of the next one, my Weekend Reset workshop offers you a gentle pause in the midst of your busy life. Across 90 restorative minutes, you’ll explore how therapeutic creative writing can support your wellbeing, ease stress, and help you reconnect with yourself, as well as others. No writing experience needed.
